We'll move through the key areas at the pace that works for the group, with the content adapting to the questions, challenges and opportunities that come up along the way.
Move beyond using AI as a chatbot and start thinking about it as another pair of hands in your business.
Look at where AI can take work off your plate, streamline processes and help you get more done without simply adding another tool to your business.

We'll look at how Claude and AI can work alongside the tools and systems you already use, rather than expecting you to throw everything out and start again.
You'll have time throughout the programme to experiment, implement and ask questions using your own business as the test case.
We'll finish with a dedicated graduation session where we'll look at what you've achieved, what you've implemented and how AI is now working alongside you.
Throughout the six weeks, I'll drop in additional recorded bonus trainings covering useful AI tools, ideas and opportunities as they arise.
AI is moving quickly, so I don't want to create a programme that becomes outdated the moment it's published.
Instead, we'll keep it current, practical and relevant to what's happening now.

Rather than imposing fixed dates and times, we'll agree the most suitable session times with the group before the programme begins.
The programme is intentionally flexible so we can respond to the needs and pace of the group.
The week commencing 19 October is a dedicated catch-up and implementation week.
There won't be a live workshop that week, giving you time to catch up, experiment and put what you've learned into practice.
The final week is about bringing everything together and celebrating what you've achieved.
We'll look at what you've implemented, what's changed and how AI is now working alongside you.
Yes. Claude is a key part of Simply Smarter AI.
We'll look at how to use Claude as an AI coworker and, importantly, how to get it working alongside the technology and tools you already use in your business.
The aim isn't to give you another platform to learn for the sake of it. It's to show you how Claude and AI can fit into your existing way of working and become a useful part of your team.
Yes. You'll need a Claude Pro subscription, currently around £18 a month, and that isn't included in the price of the programme.
We'll be working in the Claude desktop app throughout, and the free plan runs out of messages too quickly to keep up.
The live sessions will be recorded, so you can catch up when it suits you.
